    DrupalCampBelfast 09 will be hosted at NICVA's conference centre on Duncairn Gardens.  NICVA's purpose built conference venue is equipped with free and open wireless internet access,  audio visual equipment, flexible meeting spaces, and comfortable break out areas.

    Accessibility - NICVA is a fully accessible building with reserved parking for people with disabilities.

    Wireless & data projectorsWiFi

    Free and open wireless internet access will be available to all participants throughout the DrupalCampBelfast weekend.  Each room will have a data projector available. 

    NB If you are bringing a laptop it might be useful to bring a gang extension for charging.

    Conference Rooms

    DrupalCampBelfast 09 will have access to NICVA's main conference room(s) along with five breakout rooms, boardroom, training room, library, lobby and a small dining room.

    Main Conference Room(s)

    This theatre-style conference room can comfortably accomodate up to 120 people. It has a mobile podium with DVD, TV and Internet access functionalities with dual screens, wireless lapel microphone, a handheld microphone and conference audio recording facilities.

    Boardroom

    The boardroom within NICVA's conference centre, can easily seat up to 16 people with room for extra seating on the perimeter, natural light permeates the room, spacious and comfortable. Mobile laptop projection available, with a fixed projection screen, fully air conditioned with wireless internet access.

    This smaller training room confortably seats 12 with room for extra seating on the perimeter.

    Each breakout room can comfortably seat up to 12 with room for extra seating on the perimeter. Mobile & fixed laptop projection available with wireless internet access available throughout, several power outlets for laptop charging are also available.

    The NICVA library is a comfortable, spacious and quiet work area, public access systems (built on the ubuntu o/s) are available for browsing the internet, checking the library for publications or checking out the latest funding news on the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland www.grant-tracker.org

    Lobby/Main Foyer

    The Lobby/main foyer of the NICVA Conference Centre is an open plan and spacious area, wireless internet access is available throughout, with several power outlets for laptop charging are also available. A touch screen kiosk is available for all the latest news/views/jobs from www.communityni.org, plasma screens displaying the latest news from around the globe and a nearby kitchen area, were you can grab a coffee/tea, fresh water dispensers are also available throughout this area.

    Parking

    Free car parking is available in the NICVA car park at the front of the building (within North City Business Centre), enabling you to enjoy the event without the expense of city centre parking, there is also a secure bicycle shed for cyclists.
